1. What GGCHAIN Trader is

GGCHAIN Trader is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) execution tool. We route trading signals you create (or subscribe to) from TradingView to your own Binance account for automated execution. We are not an investment advisor, broker, exchange, custodian, or financial institution.

2. Custody

Your funds always remain on your own Binance account. We never request, hold, or have the ability to withdraw your money. We only request "Spot Trade" (and optionally "Futures Trade") permission on the Binance API keys you provide.

3. Fees

Per-trade fee: $0.10 USD-equivalent per successfully executed trade, deducted from your prepaid credit balance.
Top-up minimum: $5.00 USD-equivalent via supported on-chain transfers (GG, USDT on GGCHAIN).
No subscription, no profit share. You keep 100% of any profit from your trades.
Referral commissions: when a person you referred (directly or up to 3 levels deep) tops up, you receive a percentage commission paid from our platform margin. The referred user always receives their full top-up amount.

4. Account & Recovery

Your account is identified solely by a 12-word phrase generated on your device. We store only a cryptographic hash of this phrase. If you lose your phrase, your account, credit balance, and referral network are permanently inaccessible. Treat it like a hardware wallet seed.

5. Trading risk

Cryptocurrency trading is high-risk. Bots may execute trades that result in losses. Past performance of any signal source does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for: the signals you act on; the API keys you provide; the position sizes; the symbol allowlist; and the trading mode (SPOT / FUTURES). You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

6. No advice

Nothing displayed in the app, on this website, or in any communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified professional for any such matter.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any illegal activity; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or attack our infrastructure; (c) use referral mechanics in a fraudulent way (e.g., self-referrals, sybil networks); (d) abuse rate limits.

8. Service availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. Maintenance, third-party (Binance / TradingView / GGCHAIN RPC) outages, or network failures may cause missed or delayed signals. We are not liable for losses arising from such events.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is engaged in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity. You may unlink your Binance keys and stop using the service at any time; on-chain credit already deposited is non-refundable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGCHAIN Trader, its affiliates, and operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.
